K2, generally known as Spice, is a variety of synthetic cannabinoid that is usually bought as an herbal incense or potpourri and marketed for a legal different to cannabis. The time period “K2” refers to a particular model of artificial cannabinoids, but it's usually applied more broadly to describe a variety of artificial cannabinoid products.
